Custom Orders: I will only order materials and begin work on your doll only after I have received your deposit payment. Since materials can take around 2 weeks to arrive to me, I may or may not be able to start carving until I have received the base doll.

Cancellations and Returns: All sales are final! Once you have fully paid for your Blythe Doll or Custom Blythe Doll I do not accept cancellations or returns!

Shipping and Customs: All buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes! Once your doll has been shipped out I unfortunately cannot do anything about delays once it's out of my hands.

Allergies: All my dolls are made in a pet friendly home with both cats and dogs! I always sanitize my work station before and after working and never work around my pets! But just as a precaution please refrain from purchasing if you're allergic to pet hair!
